**Job Summary**
We are seeking a proactive **Leasing Executive** to promote and lease residential and commercial properties while providing exceptional customer service for our Oman branch.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Market available properties.
* Conduct property viewings.
* Negotiate lease agreements.
* Build relationships with tenants and property owners.
* Maintain occupancy levels.
* Prepare leasing documentation.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
* **Minimum 8 years of leasing experience.**
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Customer\-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
