Lease to Own - Operations Coordinator

What would you do while you work with us? • Support the end-to-end handling of vehicle registration, renewals, and ownership transfers • Manage lease-to-own related documentation/agreements, including registration of lease/mortgage notations and final ownership transfers. • Lifecycle asset monitoring, credit control and collections - risk minimization and dispute resolution • Coordinate Salik tagging, plate issuance or replacement, and vehicle possession or clearance certificates. • Arrange vehicle inspection, passing, de-registration, and export-related processes as required. • Liaise with Dubai Police, traffic departments, insurance providers, and finance partners to ensure smooth vehicle file processing. • Maintain accurate trackers for expiry dates, renewals, and compliance documents. What are we looking for? • 3–5 years of operations experience in leasing or rental companies, with hands-on exposure to RTA vehicle registration and related government processes. • Strong knowledge of UAE labour, immigration, licensing, and authority procedures. • A valid UAE driving license is required, as the role involves frequent travel to government departments. • High school diploma is the minimum requirement; a bachelor’s degree is an advantage. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and urgency. • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills.
