Position **Learning \& Development Manager** Location **Seef, Bahrain** Salary **BHD 2,000–2,800 per month** Working Hours **Full\-time, 48 hours per week** Short Professional Job Description Lead the design and implementation of learning and development programs that enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and organizational performance. Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs, develop talent strategies, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with business objectives * Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps * Design and manage employee training, leadership development, and succession planning programs * Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives using performance metrics * Manage training budgets, schedules, and external training providers * Collaborate with department managers to support employee development plans * Ensure compliance with company policies and industry training requirements * Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field * Minimum **2–3 years** of experience in learning and development, talent management, or human resources * Experience designing and delivering corporate training programs * Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and adult learning principles * Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and coaching skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/LMS platforms * Strong organizational, analytical, and project management abilities Pay: BD2,000\.000 \- BD2,800\.000 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Seef
