Qualifications and Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of overall culinary experience.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sushi Chef, with demonstrated experience in a senior or lead capacity.
* Strong knowledge and hands\-on expertise in sushi preparation, rolling techniques, and presentation.
* Must be capable of consistently delivering sushi to high\-end restaurant standards.
