Lead Sports Therapist / Clinical Lead

RECOVR is looking for an experienced **Lead Sports Therapist / Clinical Lead** to improve the quality, consistency and performance of our therapy department. This is a hands\-on leadership role. You will treat your own clients while also training therapists, introducing clinical systems and improving client retention. Key Responsibilities * Deliver high\-quality sports massage and manual therapy treatments * Observe, assess and coach therapists * Run regular practical training sessions * Improve consultations, assessments and treatment planning * Create treatment protocols and therapist standards * Monitor treatment notes, follow\-ups and client feedback * Track rebooking, retention and therapist performance * Help therapists communicate treatment plans professionally * Support new therapist onboarding * Report department performance and concerns to management Requirements * Qualification in sports therapy, physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, sports massage or a related field * Minimum five years of relevant clinical experience * Previous experience training, mentoring or managing therapists * Strong sports massage and manual therapy skills * Experience creating systems, protocols or training programmes * Good understanding of client retention and rebooking * Excellent English and communication skills * Confident, organised and commercially aware Experience managing a private clinic or working with professional athletes would be an advantage.
