We are seeking a visionary Lead Software Architect to drive our technical strategy, define core system architectures, and ensure codebases are built for high availability, security, and long\-term expansion. In this role, you will bridge high\-level business vision with deep technical execution—guiding development teams through complex engineering decisions, technology selections, and cloud\-native implementations. **Key Responsibilities** * System Architecture \& Design: Design and document enterprise\-grade, microservices, and event\-driven software architectures built for high scalability and security. * Technical Strategy \& Roadmap: Evaluate emerging technologies, establish engineering standards, and set best practices for frameworks, CI/CD, and code quality. * Engineering Mentorship: Lead, coach, and align senior developers and engineering teams to ensure architectural consistency across all product lines. * Performance \& Scalability Optimization: Identify system bottlenecks, oversee database/API design, and architect resilient systems to handle heavy traffic loads. * Cross\-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Product Management, DevOps, and executive stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints. **Requirements** * 8\+ years in software development, with 3\+ years acting as a Software Architect or Technical Lead. * Strong expertise in multi\-paradigm software development (e.g., Java, Node.js, Python, C\#/.NET, or Go). * Hands\-on mastery of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture. * Proven track record in database modeling (SQL and NoSQL), API orchestration (REST, GraphQL, gRPC), and caching strategies. * Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and clear communication skills to articulate complex architecture to technical and non\-technical teams. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package with executive bonus potential * Flexible work arrangements and state\-of\-the\-art tech tooling * Continuous professional development, certification sponsorship, and high\-visibility impact الراتب المدفوع: QAR١٨٬٥٠٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
