Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible. **Job Description:** Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Lead, Project Risk** to join our team! In this role you will get to support in monitoring of robust Project Risk Management guidelines, covering all local and international projects across the client departments / projects \& monitor risk identification and implementation of appropriate risk mitigation measures as well as policies and procedures in collaboration with relevant project stakeholders. **What You'll Be Doing:** * Implement the principles of risk management as described within ISO 31000 International Risk Management Standard across client projects. * Collaborate with Delivery Teams and extend necessary support to ensure all risks are timely and appropriately identified and mitigated. * Ensure Delivery Teams are periodically reviewing, maintaining, and updating client’s Risk Management system. * Assist the Risk Management team to ensure the effective implementation of risk management strategies across client projects. * Identify and map key control points necessary to mitigate risk exposure to an acceptable level. * Highlight and escalate all critical/significant risks with high severity and consequences that pose a major threat to projects, and/or the organization. * Deliver internal reports / presentations by periodically analyzing and monitoring the integrity of client’s Risk Management system in line with defined Enterprise Risk Management policies, procedures and framework. * Raise risk awareness across client Staff through periodic presentations / workshops. * Support in developing periodic reports including annual risk reviews and updates on Top 20 Risks. * Support the execution of project risk management activities across local and regional assets. * Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimum guidance and supervision. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** * Bachelor degree in a related discipline. * 7\+ years of experience in Risk Management or relevant supervisor level roles, with previous experience in real estate, building/infrastructure projects. * Analytical, coaching, orientation, computing and report writing skills **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:** * Excellent communication skill, both verbal and written (English and Arabic) * Ability to simultaneously undertake and manage multiple assignments. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interface with stakeholders in a professional manner Parsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.
