Lead / Master Automotive Technician (ASE Master Preferred)

We are seeking an experienced **Master Automotive Mechanic / Lead Technician** to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle advanced electrical diagnostics, complex mechanical overhauls (engines, transmissions, drivetrains), and oversee work quality in the shop. If you are a diagnostic problem\-solver who takes pride in doing jobs right the first time, we offer a clean, well\-equipped facility with steady, year\-round workflow. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform high\-level diagnostics using OEM\-level scan tools, lab scopes, and wiring schematics. * Execute complex mechanical repairs, including engine teardowns/rebuilds, transmission services, and timing systems. * Troubleshoot CAN\-bus communications, body control modules, and complex electrical faults. * Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and document clear diagnostic notes for service advisors. * Perform quality check road tests on completed jobs before customer handover. * Assist and mentor junior technicians with difficult diagnostic routines. **Requirements \& Qualifications** * **Experience:** \[5\+] years of active experience as an automotive technician handling complex mechanical and electrical repairs. * **Certifications:** ASE Master Certification strongly preferred (or equivalent OEM/factory credentials). * **Skills:** Proficient with electronic diagnostic software, digital multimeter operations, and structural component tear\-downs. Pay: KD300\.000 \- KD400\.000 per month Work Location: In person
