Lead Generation & Client Outreach Coordinator

Beauty Homes Real Estate is looking for a motivated and confident individual to join our team as a Real Estate Lead Generation \& Client Outreach Coordinator. The primary focus of this role is to proactively engage with property owners, landlords, and potential clients through our existing database and generate new real estate opportunities for the company. Key Responsibilities: Proactively contact property owners and landlords from the company's existing database. Identify properties available for rent or sale. Build relationships and maintain regular communication with property owners. Identify potential property management opportunities. Follow up with existing contacts and leads. Collect and update accurate property information, including availability, pricing, unit details, and owner contact information. Maintain and update the company's property and client database. Record the outcome of each interaction and ensure all information is properly documented. Forward qualified leads and new property opportunities to the management or sales team. Consistently work through the company's database to maximize new business opportunities. Requirements:Confident and professional communication skills. Comfortable speaking with property owners and potential clients. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone. Basic computer skills. Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge is an advantage. Organized and able to accurately record information. Persistent, motivated, and comfortable with proactive client outreach. Previous experience in real estate, sales, customer service, or business development is an advantage but not essential.
