Responsibilities The main purpose of the Lead – Estimator role is to execute estimation work in a timely and accurate manner and as per the Company’s policies. Corporate * Support the development of KSA national employees across the team to support corporate objectives, Saudization targets and the knowledge dissemination culture to ensure optimal building of internal capabilities and maximize their performance * Conduct affairs with the highest standards of respect, integrity, accountability, agility, quality, safety and corporate governance * Ensure compliance with Code of Ethics policy and adopting company values * Adbot systems implementation and ERP where relevant Functional * Jobs at this level lead and manage the investigation, co\-ordination \& preparation of bid proposals within prescribed time limits. * Provide input for pre\-qualification process. * Study tender documents \& allocate tasks. * Perform a detailed elemental scope analysis, including formulation of a check list, of the contract documentation, drawings, BOQs and specifications, to ensure that all elements of the works are covered in bid process. * Evaluate / compare subcontract \& supplier quotations and produce adjudication summaries for management review. * Participate in risk assessment \& collate inputs into final proposal. * Where necessary, present proposal to Tender Board. * Participate in commercial \& technical negotiations with partner \& client. Qualifications * B.Sc. – Engineering. * 10 years diversified experience 2 years on site and 2 years as a Senior Estimator. * Communication skills cost awareness, technical knowledge and risk assessment skills. * High level of systematic thinking and organisation. * Computer literacy, with desirable experience in cost estimation software (e.g., CCS Candy) and project budgeting tools. Competencies * Advanced in QA/QC management. * Advanced Project Management. * Advanced in estimating \& Bidding. * Advanced in data gathering and assessment.
