Lead Electrical Technician

**Lead Electrical Technician** We are looking for an experienced **Lead Electrical Technician** with strong technical knowledge and hands\-on experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting. **Key Responsibilities \& Skills:** * Strong knowledge and hands\-on experience in **motor winding, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting**. * Experience in **transformer installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting**. * Good knowledge of **generator operation, maintenance, fault finding, and repair**. * Ability to diagnose and rectify electrical faults in motors, generators, transformers, and electrical equipment. * Experience with electrical panels, control circuits, MCCs, and distribution systems. * Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams. * Supervise and guide electrical technicians and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as required. * Follow all **HSE, electrical safety, and project procedures**. * Coordinate with supervisors and engineers to complete electrical maintenance activities. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a **Lead Electrical Technician**. * Strong practical knowledge of **Motor Winding, Transformers, and Generators**. * Industrial / Oil \& Gas experience is preferred. * Ability to lead a team and troubleshoot electrical problems independently. Pay: QAR15\.00 \- QAR16\.00 per hour Expected hours: 40\.0 per week Work Location: Remote
