Lead Developer – Java Full Stack / Banking

### **Job Overview** We are looking for an experienced **Lead Developer** to lead the development of enterprise integration solutions for a banking client. The role will involve hands\-on development, API and microservices development, workflow orchestration, and leading a development team. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead development activities across **Java Full Stack and enterprise integration** projects. * Design and develop a lightweight **web\-based interface** enabling users to view, edit, and resubmit failed records/transactions. * Develop and integrate **REST APIs, microservices, and backend services** supporting transaction processing and workflow management. * Implement **workflow orchestration, error handling, retry, resubmission, and audit mechanisms**. * Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring to development team members. * Collaborate with Solution Architects, integration teams, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions. * Ensure development follows **coding standards, security practices, performance requirements, and enterprise architecture guidelines**. * Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues and support production deployments. ### **Required Skills \& Experience** * **7\+ years of experience** in Java Full Stack Development, with strong experience in enterprise environments. * Strong hands\-on expertise in **Java, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices**, and web application development. * Experience in **enterprise integration projects, workflow orchestration, and transaction processing systems**. * Strong understanding of **API development, integration patterns, error handling, retry/resubmission mechanisms, and audit trails**. * Experience leading development teams and managing technical delivery. * Good knowledge of databases, SQL, and application security. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * **Banking or financial services experience** is highly preferred. **Skills:** Java Full Stack Development , Spring/Spring Boot , REST APIs
