Laundry Receptionist (Female)

**Job Summary:** We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer\-focused Laundry Receptionist to handle customer service and administrative duties at the laundry reception. The ideal candidate should be professional, detail\-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner. * Receive laundry items from customers and prepare order receipts. * Check and record garments/items accurately. * Explain laundry services, prices, and expected collection times to customers. * Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally. * Maintain accurate records of customer orders and payments. * Coordinate with laundry staff regarding customer orders and special instructions. * Contact customers regarding completed orders, delays, or other issues. * Process cash and card payments and maintain daily payment records. * Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable. * Ensure all customer items are properly tagged and tracked. * Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management. Requirements * Previous experience in a laundry, hotel, customer service, or reception role is preferred. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic computer and data\-entry skills. * Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage. * Ability to handle cash and maintain accurate records. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. * Ability to work under pressure and in a busy environment. Working Conditions * Full\-time position. * Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required. * Must be punctual, reliable, and customer\-service oriented.
