A Laundry Attendant at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre, a Forbes Five\-Star luxury hotel, is responsible for delivering exceptional garment care services that support overall guest satisfaction. This role ensures the efficient operation of the laundry by providing high\-quality pressing, sewing, and fabric care services, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and timeliness in line with Waldorf Astoria Brand Standards. As a Laundry Attendant at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre you will deliver exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest care in line with Waldorf Astoria and Forbes standards. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: * Support the laundry function as required to ensure smooth and efficient operations. * Complete wash cycles, including sorting, processing, folding, and correct storage of linen. * Provide pressing, sewing, laundry, and other garment care services to guests. * Manage guest requests in line with brand standards and one\-call delivery expectations. * Greet and assist guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner in all areas of the hotel. * Ensure soiled and damaged linen is correctly handled, stored in soiled bags, and disposed of appropriately. * Maintain and organize the linen room and uniform store, ensuring adequate stock levels are always available. * Use and store laundry chemicals safely and in accordance with hotel standards. * Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or safety concerns promptly. * Comply with all hotel security procedures, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation. * Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service in line with Waldorf Astoria brand standards. **What are we looking for?** A Housekeeping Attendant serving Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre is always working on behalf of our Guests and alongside fellow Team Members.
