Landscaping Engineer

A leading Facilities Management consultancy is looking for a Landscaping Engineer to support the maintenance and enhancement of large-scale luxury developments across Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities Manage landscape maintenance operations and contractors. Conduct inspections of irrigation systems, softscape, and hardscape areas. Ensure landscaping works meet quality and sustainability standards. Monitor plant health, irrigation efficiency, and landscape performance. Prepare maintenance plans, reports, and technical recommendations. Support budget planning and contractor management activities. • Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Engineering, Agriculture, Horticulture, or related discipline. • Minimum 5 years' GCC experience. • Facilities Management experience is essential. • Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and landscape maintenance. • Experience on large-scale residential, hospitality, or mixed-use developments. • Excellent stakeholder management skills. • Must be available to start within 1 month.
