Land Surveyor

• Conduct land and topographic surveys using surveying instruments and GPS equipment. • Measure and record land boundaries, elevations, and site features accurately. • Prepare survey maps, reports, sketches, and legal descriptions. • Interpret construction plans, site layouts, and engineering drawings. • Establish control points and verify project alignment and dimensions. • Ensure survey data complies with project specifications, regulations, and industry standards. • Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers. • Operate and maintain surveying equipment, including total stations, GPS receivers, and levels. • Identify and resolve discrepancies in survey data and site measurements. • Support construction projects by providing accurate layout and staking services. • Maintain accurate records of survey data and field notes. • Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures during field operations. • Proficient in operating GPS/GNSS survey equipment for precise positioning and data collection. • Experienced in using Total Station instruments for boundary, topographic, and construction layout surveys. • Skilled in conducting drone (UAV) surveys for aerial mapping, photogrammetry, and site inspections. • Able to process and analyze survey data using industry-standard surveying and CAD software. • Knowledgeable in equipment calibration, field data collection, and quality control procedures.
