Lady Receptionist - Arab Speaking

We’re a growing photography studio looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and people\-loving **Receptionist \& Admin Assistant** to join our creative team! If you're someone who loves keeping things running smoothly and creating a welcoming environment for clients, we’d love to hear from you. As the first point of contact, you’ll be the warm, professional face of our studio. You’ll keep our day\-to\-day operations organized and support the team behind the scenes so they can focus on capturing great moments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet clients and ensure a welcoming studio environment * Answer phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries * Schedule and confirm appointments and shoots * Maintain the studio calendar and coordinate with photographers * Assist with client contracts, invoices, and basic bookkeeping * Keep the studio tidy, stocked, and photo\-ready * Help organize events, shoots, and general studio logistics * Manage supplies, inventory, and studio maintenance * Support with marketing, social media scheduling, and promotions **What We’re Looking For:** * Friendly, professional communication style * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to multitask and handle a dynamic studio environment * Experience with basic admin tools (Google Workspace, Googlesheet, Zoho ) * Passion for photography or the creative industry is a plus * Previous reception or office admin experience preferred Job Type: Full\-time Language: * Arabic (Preferred) Work Location: In person
