We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and reliable florist to join our blooming team! **What You’ll Do:** * Design and create fresh flower arrangements for walk\-ins, events, weddings, and funerals * Maintain flower inventory, care for plants, and manage flower preparation * Consult with clients on custom arrangements and special orders * Manage daily shop tasks, including tidying up, stocking supplies, and answering phones * Assist with deliveries when needed **What We’re Looking For:** * Prior experience as a florist or in floral design * Strong creativity and attention to detail * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Flexible schedule – some weekend and holiday availability may be required Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
