Ladies Tailor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Master Tailor for Ladies Dresses** to establish and manage a premium tailoring setup in Muscat, Oman. If you have a passion for high\-end women's fashion, exceptional craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of Haute Couture, we want you to lead our team. This role requires a visionary artisan who can flawlessly execute intricate designs, manage a bustling workshop, and deliver exquisite garments tailored to sophisticated GCC fashion trends. Key Responsibilities * **Setup \& Leadership:** Establish, organize, and manage a new luxury tailoring workshop from the ground up. * **Team Management:** Lead, train, and supervise a team of tailors, embroiderers, and finishers to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient resource management. * **Haute Couture Production:** Expertly handle the cutting, stitching, and assembly of complex ladies' party dresses, luxury evening wear, and bespoke Haute Couture garments. * **Quality Control:** Oversee the entire production process—from sampling and embroidery to final finishing—ensuring every piece meets the highest standards of luxury craftsmanship. * **Trend Alignment:** Create and deliver premium designs that perfectly align with current GCC women's fashion trends and cultural preferences. Requirements \& Qualifications * **Experience:** Proven, extensive experience specifically as a Master Tailor specializing in women's party wear, luxury dresses, and Haute Couture. * **Technical Mastery:** Advanced skills in pattern making, cutting, precise stitching, and high\-end finishing techniques for ladies' garments. * **Embroidery Knowledge:** Deep understanding of intricate embroidery processes, detailing, and garment sampling. * **Management Skills:** Prior experience in workshop management or leading a tailoring team is highly preferred. * **Portfolio:** A comprehensive portfolio, photographs, or physical work samples demonstrating your expertise in luxury women's tailoring must be provided upon application.
