**LABOR RELATIONS SPECIALIST** *Sindjus DF — Operations Hub: Souq Al\-Mubarakiya, Kuwait City* *Base Monthly Pay: KWD 1,400* **Overview of the Role** Sindjus DF is looking to onboard a dedicated Labor Relations Specialist to manage workplace compliance, employee relations, and labor policy execution for our Kuwait City team. Located near Souq Al\-Mubarakiya, this position acts as the operational bridge between staff, operational management, and local regulatory authorities. Your main goal will be protecting the organization against compliance risks while fostering a transparent, legally sound workplace environment. **Day\-to\-Day Impact** * **Kuwait Labor Law Compliance:** Keep all company HR policies, contracts, and internal procedures fully aligned with Private Sector Labor Law No. 6/2010\. * **Dispute Resolution \& Grievances:** Investigate workplace issues, mediate disputes between staff and leadership, and conduct formal disciplinary hearings. * **Government Agency Liaison:** Manage communications and formal proceedings with Public Authority for Manpower (PAM), Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor (MOSAL), and local courts. * **Employment Documentation:** Oversee contract updates, Article 18 transfer protocols, work permit updates, and official end\-of\-service benefits (EOSB) calculations. * **Risk Mitigation:** Audit workforce records, maintain safety/labor standards across work locations, and resolve labor disputes before escalation. **Candidate Profile** * **Field Background:** 4\+ years handling labor law, employee relations, or HR legal compliance within Kuwait. * **Legal Grounding:** Expert understanding of Kuwaiti employment regulations, PAM processes, and labor union/council dynamics. * **Bilingual Capability:** Strong verbal and written communication skills in both **Arabic and English** are mandatory for legal documentation and government liaison. * **Residency:** Local candidates with active, transferable Kuwait Civil ID (Article 18\). **To Apply** Submit your CV along with a summary of past experience handling labor disputes, PAM interactions, or contract updates in Kuwait. الراتب المدفوع: KWD١٬٤٠٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
