Labor Coordinator - Sonapur Camp

**Al Ahliya Sky On Demand Labor Supply** is looking for an experienced **Labor Coordinator** to manage labor accommodation facilities and workforce welfare for our operations in the UAE. **Accommodation Location:** Sonapur, Dubai * **Immediate Joiners Preferred** * **Must be able to join within 1 week** * **Notice Period Candidates Will NOT Be Considered** **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage day\-to\-day labor camp operations and accommodation facilities * Supervise worker welfare, room allocations, and camp discipline * Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with HSE standards * Maintain camp occupancy records and administrative reports * Coordinate camp inspections and maintenance activities * Handle employee grievances and accommodation\-related concerns * Coordinate and transport employees for Medical Fitness Tests, Emirates ID Biometrics, Visa Processing, and other government\-related appointments as required * Liaise with HR, Operations, Transport, and Government Departments for smooth workforce management **Requirements:** * Minimum **1\-2 years of UAE experience** as a Labor coordinator. * **Must have handled and managed 1,000\+ laborers in the UAE** * **Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)** * Strong knowledge of UAE labor accommodation regulations * Excellent leadership and workforce management skills * Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Reporting) * Experience in manpower supply, construction, or large workforce environments is highly preferred **Apply Now:** / **Only shortlisted candidates meeting the above criteria will be contacted.** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: AED2,800\.00 \- AED3,000\.00 per month Experience: * handled and managed 1,000\+ labors: 2 years (Required) Language: * Hindi, English (Required) License/Certification: * UAE Driving License (Required) Work Location: In person
