Lab Technician

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail\-oriented Lab Technician to perform laboratory tests and support daily laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will follow established laboratory procedures, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses * Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and materials * Record and organize test results accurately * Monitor laboratory supplies and report shortages * Maintain cleanliness and safety in the laboratory * Follow laboratory protocols and quality standards **Qualifications:** * Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Laboratory Science, or a related field * Knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment * Strong attention to detail and analytical skills * Ability to follow safety and quality protocols * Previous laboratory experience is preferred
