Kitchen Steward

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and responsible **Kitchen Steward** to join our team at a high\-end restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, hardworking, and committed to maintaining excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen and back\-of\-house areas. Key Responsibilities * Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, pots, pans, and work areas. * Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and back\-of\-house areas. * Assist kitchen staff with cleaning and basic support tasks when required. * Dispose of waste properly and maintain designated waste areas. * Ensure floors, sinks, drains, and other kitchen areas are kept clean and hygienic. * Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. * Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely according to instructions. * Assist with receiving, moving, and storing kitchen supplies when required. * Support the kitchen team during busy service periods. * Report damaged equipment, maintenance issues, or hygiene concerns to the supervisor. * Maintain a professional and cooperative attitude at all times. Main Requirements * Previous experience as a **Kitchen Steward, Dishwasher, or similar role** is preferred. * Experience in a restaurant, hotel, or professional kitchen is an advantage. * Hardworking, reliable, and physically fit. * Good understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment. * Good teamwork and communication skills. * Willingness to perform cleaning and physically demanding tasks. * Positive attitude and strong work ethic. * Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
