Responsible for assisting with food preparation, cooking, kitchen operations, and maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare food ingredients according to café recipes and standards. * Assist with cooking and food preparation. * Maintain proper portion control and food presentation. * Ensure food is stored correctly and safely. * Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times. * Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas. * Monitor food expiry dates and minimize wastage. * Assist with receiving and storing kitchen supplies. * Support the kitchen team during busy periods. * Follow instructions from the Kitchen Supervisor/Manager. **Requirements** * Previous experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or commercial kitchen preferred. * Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment. * Team player with a positive attitude. * Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods. * **Valid Food Handling Certificate – MANDATORY.** Pay: QAR1\.00 per month Work Location: In person
