Kitchen Porter (KP)-Local Hire only- can start immediately

**Location:** Fine Dining Coffeeshop **Department:** Kitchen **Reports to:** Head Chef / Kitchen Manager Job Purpose To support the kitchen team by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in line with fine dining expectations. Key Responsibilities * Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment * Keep kitchen areas, floors, and storage areas clean and tidy * Assist chefs with basic food preparation when required * Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling procedures * Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times * Help with receiving and storing deliveries correctly * Follow health \& safety regulations and company policies Requirements * Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is an advantage but not essential * Good understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment * Team player with a positive attitude * Physically fit and able to stand for long periods Working Hours * Shift\-based, including weekends and holidays Job Type: Full\-time Pay: BD140\.000 \- BD160\.000 per month Work Location: In person
