Kitchen Helper

Looking for **Kitchen Helper** minimum 1 years’ experience in Catering Company or Restaurant with good knowledge of quantity food production. \- Ability to read, interpret and demonstrate the preparation of recipes. \- Very good oral and written communication. \- Very good knowledge of quality food operations. \- Excellent knowledge of special cuts ordered by Chefs . \- Familiar with food preparation for cooking (cutting, marination ...etc) . \- Prepare and marinate meat cuts and products ready to cook as per menu \& recipe \- Wrap, weigh, label, of food, Receive, inspect, and store meat , poultry, and fish upon delivery to ensure meat quality. \- Shape, lace, and tie roasts, using boning knife, skewer, and twine. \- Estimate requirements and order or requisition meat supplies to maintain inventories. \- Supervise other butchers or meat cutters. \- Record quantity of meat received and issued to cooks or keep records of meat consumption. \- Cure, smoke, tenderize, and preserve meat meat , poultry, and fish \- Maintain the general food safety standards and requirements of local food authorities \- Must be resident in Kuwait with visa \# 18 Job Type: Full\-time Pay: KD180\.000 \- KD200\.000 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Kuwait City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: * High school or equivalent (Required) Work Location: In person
