**Job Description:**
Diwan Al Sultan Kitchen in Ajman is looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily kitchen operations, maintain cleanliness and food safety standards, and assist our chefs in preparing high\-quality dishes.
**Responsibilities:**
* Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation (washing, cutting, peeling, and portioning ingredients)
* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
* Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items
* Store food and supplies properly following hygiene standards
* Take out garbage and maintain waste disposal areas
* Assist in receiving and unloading kitchen deliveries
* Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
* Support kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth service
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience as a kitchen helper or in a similar role preferred (freshers may also apply)
* Ability to work in a fast\-paced kitchen environment
* Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
**Preferred:**
* Basic English or Arabic communication skills
* Food handling/hygiene certificate (a plus, not mandatory)
* UAE visa status (own visa / transferable visa preferred, depending on company policy)
