Kitchen Equipment Technician

• Conduct thorough inspections of kitchen equipment to identify operational issues and ensure compliance with safety standards. • Perform preventive maintenance on coffee machines, ovens, fryers, dishwashers, and refrigeration units to extend their lifespan and improve efficiency. • Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems in a timely manner to minimize downtime in busy kitchen environments. • Install and calibrate new kitchen equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to manufacturer specifications. • High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical certification in appliance repair or HVAC is preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in kitchen equipment repair and maintenance, ideally in a commercial food service environment. • Proven track record of troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of kitchen appliances, including gas and electric units. • Strong understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, and refrigeration principles relevant to kitchen equipment.
