Kitchen Appliances Technician

* Preventive and corrective maintenance of F\&B outlets, restaurants, and commercial kitchens. * Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment and appliances. * Maintain ovens, fryers, grills, cooking ranges, dishwashers, mixers, slicers, and food preparation equipment. * Maintain refrigerators, freezers, cold rooms, ice machines, coffee machines, and other F\&B equipment. * Carry out basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and drainage maintenance. * Inspect and maintain kitchen exhaust and ventilation systems. * Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests. * Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, equipment records, and breakdown reports. * Ensure compliance with HSE, hygiene, and food safety requirements. * Coordinate with F\&B management and specialist contractors when specialized repairs or OEM support is required Pay: BD200\.000 \- BD300\.000 per month Work Location: In person
