We're looking for passionate individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional food quality and maintaining high kitchen standards. ### **Open Positions** * Jr. Sous Chef * Chef de Partie (CDP) * Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) * Commis 1,2 \& 3 **Cuisine:** ------------ ### **Emirati / Khaleeji / Arabic** **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Prepare and present food according to brand recipes and quality standards. * Ensure consistency in food preparation, portioning, and presentation. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations. * Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times. * Assist with stock handling, inventory, and waste control. * Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations. * Support senior chefs in maintaining operational excellence and service standards. **Requirements** ================ * Previous experience in a professional kitchen (level dependent on the position applied for). * Experience in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality environments is preferred. * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, high\-volume environment. * Strong teamwork and communication skills. * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Candidates must be currently based in the UAE. **Open Day Recruitment** ------------------------ Successful applicants will be invited to attend one of our **Open Days**, where they'll have the opportunity to meet our Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers.
