**Job Description: Khabooz Maker** A **Khabooz Maker** is responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting traditional flatbread, such as khabooz, in accordance with established recipes, quality standards, and food\-safety regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare dough by measuring and mixing ingredients accurately. * Shape and bake khabooz using ovens or traditional baking equipment. * Monitor baking temperatures and times to ensure consistent quality. * Maintain the taste, texture, appearance, and freshness of the bread. * Prepare ingredients and organize the work area before production. * Operate, clean, and maintain baking equipment safely. * Follow proper hygiene, sanitation, and food\-safety procedures. * Check finished products for quality and remove defective items. * Package and display products appropriately. * Maintain adequate stock of ingredients and report shortages. * Work efficiently to meet daily production targets. * Follow workplace health and safety policies. * Assist with cleaning the kitchen and storage areas. **Required Skills and Qualifications** * Previous experience in bread making or bakery work is required * experience in tandoor and grill will be added advantage . * Knowledge of dough preparation and baking techniques. * Ability to operate ovens and bakery equipment. * Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards. * Physical stamina and ability to work in a hot, fast\-paced environment. * Good teamwork, attention to detail, and time\-management skills.
