Job description

Sales \& Customer Management * Handle day\-to\-day sales and technical inquiries and provide effective solutions to customers. * Prepare quotations, tenders, and parts lists based on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic drawings. * Conduct compliance checks on incoming customer requests. * Regularly follow up on pending quotations and opportunities to improve conversion rates. * Develop and execute account strategies aligned with company objectives. * Identify upselling and cross\-selling opportunities within key accounts. * Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities. * Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers, suppliers, agents, and group companies. * Communicate important customer updates and market information to management to support business decisions and identify opportunities. * Professionally manage and resolve project\-related disputes. Order \& Supply Chain Management * Manage the complete order process, including order entry, delivery coordination, logistics, payment follow\-up, and invoicing. * Coordinate with service, logistics, finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. * Inform the service team about upcoming jobs and support timely project preparation. * Expedite deliveries and identify alternative sourcing solutions, including global branches and local suppliers, when required. * Share relevant technical documentation such as service manuals, TDS, and MSDS with customers and agents. * Manage customer web portals, including quotation/offer and invoice submissions. * Support new customer registration and provide the required documentation. * Maintain knowledge of Incoterms and import regulations applicable to GCC, Africa, Asia, and other relevant markets. Inventory Management * Monitor stock levels and evaluate the need for reordering critical components. * Support inventory audits by providing relevant inventory records and order documentation. Finance \& Credit Management * Conduct credit checks and coordinate collection of pre\-payments where applicable. * Coordinate Letter of Credit (LC) terms with customers and provide required supporting documents to the Finance Manager. * Prepare CAD payment submission documentation. * Follow up on outstanding customer payments and support the Finance team in recovering dues. Salesforce \& CRM Management * Create Salesforce (SF) cases for all sales inquiries with complete and accurate information. * Regularly monitor and clear the RST queue, ensuring closure messages are added to resolved cases. * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date customer records, contact details, and fleet information. * Add and maintain customer contacts in Salesforce. * Ensure vessels are managed by the appropriate SME before preparing offers and coordinate ownership changes with the relevant subsidiary. * Record meeting reports in Salesforce and circulate them to the relevant local teams. * Maintain accurate sales and opportunity information in the CRM. Reporting \& Analysis * Prepare monthly sales analysis and sales forecast reports for designated regions. * Prepare pipeline and opportunity reports for management review. * Track sales performance, opportunities, and conversion rates. * Prepare and track non\-conformance reports and warranty claims. Teamwork \& Leadership * Mentor junior account managers and provide guidance and support to colleagues. * Support team members during periods of absence. * Collaborate effectively with service, logistics, finance, supply chain, and other internal departments. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. * Proven experience in technical sales, account management, sales operations, or a similar role, preferably within the marine, engineering, or industrial sector. * Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems/drawings is preferred. * Experience in quotation preparation, tendering, order processing, and customer account management. * Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, Incoterms, and international import/export procedures. * Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is highly preferred. * Good understanding of credit management, payments, LC terms, and invoicing. * Strong negotiation, communication, problem\-solving, and relationship\-management skills. * Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities effectively. * Strong analytical and reporting skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Preferred Skills * Marine industry experience. * Experience working with international customers, suppliers, agents, and subsidiaries. * Technical knowledge of marine propulsion systems or related engineering products. * Experience working with global supply chains and international logistics. * Strong customer service and commercial mindset. Pay: AED15,000\.00 \- AED20,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
