Key Account Manager – Foodservice (OMN)

**Job description** *The Key Account Manager (KAM) at Bidfood Middle East plays a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with the company's most significant clients. This position focuses on driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and aligning Bidfood's offerings with client needs.* ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Build strong and trusted relationships with key customers and decision\-makers * Manage and grow important Casual Dining and Fine Dining accounts * Understand each customer's business and look for opportunities to grow together * Find new business opportunities and turn prospects into Pratnership * Develop account plans and work towards clear sales and GP targets * Lead commercial discussions, includingpricing, contracts, P\&L, and profitability * Introduce new products, brands, and solutions that add value to customers * Work closely with our sales, category, operations, and support teams to deliver the right solutions * Keep up with market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity * Take ownership of customer projects from the first discussion through to execution * Follow up, solve problems, and make sure commitments are delivered * Continuously learn about our products, categories, customers, and the foodservice market **Requirements:** * \+3 years of experience in Sales (hotels, restaurants, cafes) GCC * 2\-3 years in the Oman * Bachelors Degree
