Junior Stores Officer

• Accurately receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory, ensuring all items match purchase orders and quality standards. • Efficiently organize and maintain stockroom layouts, implementing systematic storage solutions for easy retrieval and space optimization. • Process outgoing stock requests by picking, packing, and dispatching items accurately, minimizing errors and ensuring timely delivery. • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to verify stock levels and identify discrepancies, contributing to inventory accuracy. • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a vocational certificate in logistics or supply chain management is a plus. • Holds a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or inventory control environment. • Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or specific ERP systems) is highly desirable. • Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
