Junior Software Support **Company:** Autokroma **Location:** Al Rai Industrial Area, Kuwait City, Kuwait **Salary:** KWD 840 per month Job Description Autokroma is looking for a **Junior Software Support** professional to assist users with software\-related concerns, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide reliable day\-to\-day application support. Responsibilities * Provide first\-level support for software and application issues. * Troubleshoot technical problems and identify possible solutions. * Assist users with software installation, configuration, and basic system setup. * Monitor and respond to support requests in a timely manner. * Document reported issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions. * Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT or development teams. * Assist with software updates, testing, and system maintenance. * Prepare basic technical documentation and user guides. * Maintain good communication with users and internal teams. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. * Basic understanding of software applications, operating systems, and troubleshooting. * Familiarity with databases, networking, or programming concepts is an advantage. * Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills. * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly. * Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant junior\-level experience are welcome to apply. * Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a technical team. الراتب المدفوع: KWD٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
