**Rofo** *(Operated as Super Shine Auto Care LLC)* **Job Description** **Junior Procurement Officer** **Department:** Procurement \& Logistics **Reports To:** Procurement \& Logistics Supervisor / Procurement \& Logistics Manager **Location:** Dubai Investment Park 2 (DIP 2\), Dubai, UAE **Job Purpose** The Junior Procurement Officer supports the procurement function by sourcing materials and services, processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely availability of goods while maintaining quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies. **Key Responsibilities** * Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotations. * Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs). * Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. * Coordinate procurement requirements with internal departments. * Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation. * Support inventory replenishment in coordination with the Stores team. * Assist in supplier evaluation and cost optimization initiatives. * Support ERP/Odoo procurement activities. * Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures. * Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager. **Qualifications** * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline. **Experience** * 1–3 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience. * UAE experience is preferred. * Experience in the automotive, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial sector will be an advantage. **Knowledge \& Skills** * Procurement \& Vendor Management * Purchase Order Processing * Supplier Negotiation * Microsoft Office (Excel, Word \& Outlook) * ERP/Odoo (Preferred) * Planning \& Organizing * Communication Skills * Attention to Detail * Problem Solving * Teamwork **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Timely processing of purchase requests. * On\-time supplier deliveries. * Accuracy of procurement documentation. * Procurement cycle time. * Effective supplier follow\-up.
