Junior Planner

• Scheduling: Assist in creating and updating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and logic-driven schedules. • Progress Monitoring: Track day-to-day project operations, comparing actual progress against the approved baseline. • Data Reporting: Generate periodic reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and resource management charts. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate directly with engineering, procurement, and site construction teams to identify bottlenecks and long-lead items. • Maintenance & Turnaround Support: For maintenance-focused roles, assist in planning shutdowns, analyzing technical drawings, and managing work orders. � Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or a related discipline) • 1–3 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry • Experience with EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects will be an added advantage � Required Skills • Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project • Basic understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Strong planning, scheduling, coordination, and reporting skills ⭐ Preferred Certifications • Project Management Professional ( PMP® ) • PMI Scheduling Professional ( PMI-SP® ) • Certifications or training in Estimating, Planning & Scheduling or Oil & Gas Project Management
