Work closely with and under the guidance of senior Pilates instructors, learning studio routines, protocols, and class formats. **⁠ ⁠**2\. Deliver professional, attentive, and high\-quality service to all clients. **⁠ ⁠**3\. Contribute your own ideas, techniques, and expertise to help enhance the client experience and support the wider team. **⁠ ⁠**4\. Stay energetic, motivated, and up to date with current trends and best practices in Pilates and fitness. **⁠** 5\. **⁠**As our studio serves a female clientele, demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness in working with clients. **What We're Looking For** ⁠ ⁠1\.
