Junior HR Generalist

We are looking for a Junior HR Generalist to help us grow our HR function, support employees with day\-to\-day questions, and build a strong, engaged company culture. This is a great opportunity for a candidate without extensive experience — what matters most is a willingness to learn, good English, and proactivity. We'll walk you through all the processes; what counts is genuine interest in HR and readiness to grow in this direction. Responsibilities **Full\-cycle recruitment:** from receiving a job request to the candidate's first day **Managing key HR processes:** preboarding, onboarding, adaptation, employee development, offboarding Supporting managers and employees with day\-to\-day HR questions and contributing to a positive employee experience Participating in the development and rollout of HR initiatives and internal projects **Supporting and developing internal communications:** monthly newsletter, employee celebrations Maintaining records in PeopleForce Following internal HR policies and procedures Requirements Basic understanding of HR functions English level B2\+, strong written and spoken skills Structured and organized approach to handling multiple processes simultaneously Strong communication skills Creativity and proactivity in developing HR initiatives and internal activities Prior experience is not a deal\-breaker — we welcome candidates without experience (after completing relevant courses) or with minimal experience who are eager to learn **Working Conditions:** Competitive compensation.
