Key Responsibilities: \* Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, blow\-drying, and finishing. \* Deliver professional hair coloring services, including root touch\-ups, full color, highlights, balayage, ombré, color correction, and toning. \* Conduct hair treatments such as keratin, protein, botox, scalp treatments, and deep conditioning services. \* Provide personalized consultations and recommend suitable hairstyles, colors, and treatments based on clients' needs. \* Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and salon presentation. \* Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. \* Promote salon products and services to support retail and service sales targets. \* Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry developments. Requirements 1\.Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Hairdresser. 2\. Strong expertise in hair coloring, styling, cutting, and hair treatment services. 3\. Knowledge of current hair trends and advanced coloring techniques. 4\. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 5\. Ability to work in a fast\-paced team environment. 6\. Professional appearance and positive attitude. 7\. Relevant certifications or vocational training in hairdressing are preferred.
