Job description

• Coordinate the complete tender process with the Business Development team. • Review tender documents including RFP, RFQ, ITT, BOQ, drawings, and scope of work. • Prepare and compile tender submission documents. • Assist in preparing FM cost estimates covering manpower, consumables, equipment, and specialized services. • Prepare manpower costing including salary, visa, accommodation, transportation, insurance, uniforms, and related costs. • Coordinate with HR, Procurement, Finance, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and QHSE departments. • Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations. • Prepare costing sheets, pricing summaries, and commercial evaluations. • Maintain tender trackers, CAFM records, pricing databases, and documentation. • Monitor tender portals and manage clarifications. • Support management during tender submissions and bid evaluations. • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or a related discipline. • 2–5 years of experience in Estimation, Tendering, or Bid Coordination, preferably in the Facilities Management industry. • Good understanding of FM services, including Hard Services, Soft Services, and Specialized Services. • Experience in reviewing tender documents such as RFPs, RFQs, ITTs, BOQs, drawings, and scope of work. • Knowledge of manpower costing, pricing, commercial evaluations, and cost estimation. • Experience in preparing tender submissions, bid documentation, and commercial proposals. • Ability to coordinate with Operations, HR, Procurement, Finance, QHSE, and other internal stakeholders. • Experience in obtaining and evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications. • Familiarity with CAFM systems and tender portals will be an added advantage. • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills with high attention to detail. • Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict tender submission deadlines. • Candidates with UAE/GCC experience in the Facilities Management industry will be preferred.
