Junior Engineer (Mechanical)

Assist in the design, development, and improvement of mechanical components and systems. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. Support production and manufacturing activities to ensure smooth operations. Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements. Prepare and maintain engineering documents, reports, and records. Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams. Perform inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards. Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing corrective actions. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out effectively. Follow safety regulations and company policies at all times. Participate in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives. Assist senior engineers in project planning and execution. Monitor material usage and maintain inventory records when required. Conduct testing and analyze mechanical equipment performance. Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance of machinery. Ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Perform any other engineering-related duties assigned by management.
