Junior Architect

**Job Brief:** The **Junior Architect** will support the team in architectural inspections, maintenance, refurbishment, fit\-out, and building improvement works. The role will assist with drawings, site coordination, contractor supervision, and technical documentation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and update architectural and as\-built drawings. * Conduct site inspections and identify building defects. * Support renovation, refurbishment, fit\-out, and modification works. * Review contractor drawings, materials, and completed works. * Prepare scopes of work, BOQs, reports, and technical documents. * Coordinate with the team, contractors, consultants, and clients. * Assist with snagging, handover, and quality inspections. * Ensure works comply with approved drawings, safety standards, and applicable requirements. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering. * 0–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates may be considered. * Good knowledge of AutoCAD; Revit/BIM is an advantage. * Ability to read architectural and MEP drawings. * Basic knowledge of building construction, finishes, and maintenance. * Good communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills. * Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage. * Qatar/GCC FM or construction experience is preferred.
