Junior Accounts Executive

Job Description We are looking for a **Junior Accounts Executive** to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will assist with day\-to\-day accounting and finance activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the accounts department with routine transactions and reporting. Key Responsibilities * Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities. * Record and maintain invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions. * Prepare and maintain accounts payable and receivable records. * Assist with bank and account reconciliations. * Verify invoices and supporting documents. * Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and account statements. * Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records. * Follow up on outstanding payments and receivables when required. * Assist with petty cash and expense records. * Support the senior accounts team with administrative and accounting tasks. * Ensure accounting records are accurate and updated on time. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or Diploma in **Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field**. * 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred. * Good knowledge of **MS Excel** and basic accounting principles. * Experience with accounting software is an advantage. * Good numerical and analytical skills. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * **Must be locally available in Bahrain.** * **Immediate joiner preferred.** Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in **construction, contracting, or real estate accounting** will be an advantage.
