Website: Company Profile: About the Role We are looking for a **Junior Accountant** to join our Finance Department in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting foundation, excellent attention to detail, and hands\-on experience with **Tally, Microsoft Excel, bookkeeping, data entry, and accounting documentation**. This role will primarily support the finance team with daily accounting transactions, ERP system updates, reconciliations, record keeping, and financial documentation. Key Responsibilities * Enter and maintain accurate accounting and financial data in the ERP/accounting system. * Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting data entry. * Record and organize invoices, expenses, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions. * Maintain proper accounting records, supporting documents, and files. * Assist with bank, cash, supplier, and customer reconciliations. * Prepare and maintain accounting spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel. * Verify accounting entries and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness. * Assist the finance team with routine accounting activities and month\-end documentation. * Ensure all financial records are properly organized and readily available when required. * Coordinate with other departments when accounting documents or transaction details are required. * Perform other accounting and finance\-related duties assigned by the Finance Department. Requirements * **B.Com / Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a closely related field is mandatory.** * **Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the candidate’s home country.** * **Previous hands\-on experience with Tally is mandatory.** * Strong knowledge of **Microsoft Excel**. * Experience using ERP or other accounting software is preferred. * Good understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles. * Strong numerical and data\-entry skills. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Good organizational, filing, and documentation skills. * Ability to handle accounting information responsibly and confidentially. * Ability to work independently as well as within a finance team. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is **organized, accurate, responsible, and willing to learn and grow** within our Finance Department. The successful candidate should be comfortable working extensively with numbers, accounting software, ERP systems, Excel spreadsheets, invoices, and financial documentation.
