Junior accountant/ Data entry staff

Job Vacancy: Supermarket Accountant **Company:** FOOD WORLD W.L.L. **Location:** Bahrain **Position:** Supermarket Accountant/ EDP staff Job Description We are looking for a detail\-oriented and responsible Supermarket Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, monitor branch transactions, and ensure accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities * Maintain daily sales, purchase, receipt, and payment records. * Reconcile cash, card, and other payment transactions. * Verify daily branch sales reports and cash deposits. * Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Reconcile supplier statements, invoices, and credit notes. * Check purchase invoices, GRNs, and stock\-related transactions. * Monitor inventory adjustments, stock variances, wastage, and expiry\-related losses. * Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting. * Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents. * Coordinate with branch in\-charges, purchasing, and other departments. * Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and internal controls.
