Junior Accountant

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate bookkeeping. • Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries. • Prepare and reconcile bank statements and cash flow reports. • Generate customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments. • Process supplier invoices and coordinate vendor payments. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including VAT return preparation and filing. • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. • Maintain payroll records and assist with salary processing. • Coordinate with external auditors and support annual audits. • Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records. • Prepare MIS reports and provide financial data to management. • Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com/BBA Finance). • 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE. • Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks • Excellent communication skills in English. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Candidates currently residing in the UAE will be preferred.
