Juice Maker – Fold Restaurant \& Bakery **Location:** The View, Riffa, Bahrain **Job Description** Fold Restaurant \& Bakery is looking for a creative, energetic, and detail\-oriented **Juice Maker** to join our beverage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh juices, smoothies, and specialty beverages while maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and serve fresh juices, smoothies, and specialty beverages according to restaurant recipes and standards. * Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion sizes, and presentation. * Wash, peel, cut, and prepare fresh fruits and other ingredients. * Maintain freshness and quality of all ingredients. * Operate and maintain juicers, blenders, and other beverage equipment. * Keep the juice station clean, organized, and fully stocked. * Monitor ingredient inventory and minimize waste. * Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely preparation of orders. * Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. * Assist in developing and preparing new seasonal beverages when required.
