Jr Architect

Job Description Aurea Raevon Builders is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support our design, fit-out, renovation, and project coordination works. The role requires a creative and technically capable individual who can assist in preparing drawings, design presentations, site documentation, and coordination requirements for residential, commercial, hospitality, and interior fit-out projects. Key Responsibilities • Assist in preparing architectural and interior drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and detail drawings. • Prepare and revise AutoCAD drawings based on design direction, site conditions, and client comments. • Support the design team in concept development, mood boards, material boards, and presentation documents. • Assist in 3D visualization, rendering, and design coordination where required. • Conduct site visits for measurement, inspection, coordination, and documentation. • Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams for technical requirements. • Prepare drawing registers, material schedules, and basic project documentation. • Ensure drawings and submissions are accurate, organized, and aligned with project requirements. • Support authority submission documents where required. • Assist in checking site progress against approved drawings and design intent. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent. • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in architecture, interior fit-out, or construction is preferred. • Fresh graduates with strong technical skills may also apply. • Proficient in AutoCAD. • Knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Revit, Photoshop, or Microsoft Office is an advantage. • Good understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, materials, and construction methods. • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Good communication and coordination skills. Preferred Skills • Experience in Dubai/UAE fit-out, renovation, or construction projects. • Ability to prepare clean and presentable drawings. • Basic knowledge of authority requirements and site coordination. • Creative mindset with practical construction understanding. • Organized, responsible, and proactive.
