JOINERY PRODUCTION HEAD

We are looking for an experienced, technically strong, and hands\-on Joinery Production Head to lead and manage our medium\-scale production facility. If you have strong experience in joinery production, factory management, CAD production drawings, estimation \& costing, and can effectively manage multiple departments, we would like to hear from you. **KEY REQUIREMENTS** ✅ Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in joinery, furniture production, or a similar manufacturing environment. ✅ Proven ability to manage and supervise a medium\-scale factory independently. ✅ Strong knowledge and experience in: \* Carpentry / Joinery Production \* Welding / Metal Works \* Painting / Finishing ✅ Ability to read, prepare, and understand CAD production drawings. ✅ Good knowledge of estimation, costing, material calculations, and production planning. ✅ Ability to manage production teams, manpower, workflow, quality control, and deadlines. ✅ Strong understanding of materials, fabrication methods, production processes, and factory operations. ✅ Strong leadership, coordination, planning, and problem\-solving skills. ✅ Ability to coordinate effectively between different departments and ensure smooth, efficient, and timely production. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** We need someone who can take ownership of the entire production process, from drawings and estimation through fabrication, finishing, quality control, and final delivery.
